Amanda grew up in Southern California and developed her smooth velvety alto voice beginning at the age of 14 with years of private instruction.  She began to gain confidence in front of an audience by performing with her father through out much of Europe.   She has been a regular featured soloist at Casas Church and can be found with the Tucson Jazz Trio at great restaurants like Sam Hughes' Place.  Recently, she performed at the Berger Performing Arts auditorium for the Primavera Celebration of Women in the Arts.  Amanda's early roots gave her the ability to do a wide range of styles including gospel to bebop and jazz ballads to pop.  Whether she is singing songs like Babbie Mason's "It Must Be Love" or in the style of Diana Krall in "East of the Sun", Amanda gives it her heart, soul and spirit.  An evening with Amanda and the Tucson Jazz Trio is a special event.
